What if I can’t actually visit your store?

We have an easy-to-use ONLINE STORE just for such situations.  Although we would love to meet you in person, we understand there are times when that is just not possible. Even though we continue to add items to our stores, we recognize that sometimes a particular model, size, or color may not be in stock.

For that reason, we have set up multiple methods for communicating with our store experts through our Contact Us online feature, by phone, by email, or through our LIVE CHAT option about your need, and we will be happy to locate the item, answer your question, or share with you our recommendations and experience.

How do I register for a class?

Our current schedule and list of classes is available in the Cooking Classes area of this website. Once you have selected the specific class that interests you, just click on the class listed and select TICKET to purchase 1 or more confirmed seats.

If you prefer to work directly with the store, feel free to CONTACT US, open a CHAT conversation, or send us an email, and we will get back to you quickly to answer your questions and arrange for prepayment and seat confirmation. For an immediate reservation, prepayment and seat confirmation, call the store at 330-601-1331 and we will be happy to help. It is that easy!

What if I cannot make a class that I have registered and paid for?

We understand that sometimes plans change.  Please feel free to send another individual in your place. If you cannot locate someone else and you let us know as soon as possible, we will do everything we can to find a substitute, and your prepayment will be refunded with the following exception. Once the published deadline for class registration has passed, refunds will not be possible because the class materials will have already been purchased.

Do you take returns?

Yes, our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with our products. Returns for new, unopened merchandise are accepted up to 30 DAYS from purchase if accompanied by receipt. Returns for purchases can be refunded in cash (up to $30) or to your credit card. Please stop by the store, or Contact Us by phone or email, so we can make it right for you.

What if I can’t find what I am looking for?

We have purchasing relationships with over 75 top quality and name brand manufacturers that produce a wide variety of items. Although we may not carry or have in stock a particular item, color or model, many times we can special order just what you are looking for. Just be sure to let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to get it for you.

What if I am looking for a gift and I don’t know what they really want?

Three great options are available when you just don’t know what to choose.

First, for in-store purchasing we have TKS Gift Cards available for any amount you desire.  They NEVER EXPIRE and have NO requirement to be used during a single shopping experience.  Just come into the store, give us a call, send us an email, or use the Chat or Contact Us online features to let us know what you desire.

Second, for use through our Online Store, we have Online Gift Certificates available. Online Gift Certificates NEVER EXPIRE and can be used over multiple shopping sessions. To buy one, just enter “certificate” in the Search bar and select a $25, $50, $75, or $100 Online Gift Certificate for purchase. If you have any questions, please give us a call, send us an email, or use the Chat or Contact Us online.

Finally, we now offer a Personal Shopping service where an experienced product shopper consultant is made available to you by phone, email, or in person.  Whether it is a gift for a special occasion, a wedding or shower obligation, or your holiday gift list, we can help you find the perfect item, gift wrap it, and assist with its delivery if desired.

Will you ship my item?

We will be glad to package and ship your purchased items for you. If your purchase is ONLINE, then Free Shipping is available when published requirements are met.  If the item is purchased by phone or in person, only the actual shipping costs will be charged to you.

What payment options do you offer?

In addition to our TKS issued Gift Cards, we honor VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards (both Credit and Debit). Within the store itself, we also accept cash and personal checks.  You may also take advantage of our TKS Lay Away program where you select your items and then pay for them in installments based on your specific need.
