Women’s Network Dinner with Sue-min Lee
Posted on by

Sue-min Lee, owner and chef from Sue-min’s Restaurant will be making a fabulous Mediterranean dinner for the Women’s Network of Wayne County. This is a group of interesting professional women that normally meet monthly with a different Notable Woman from the area. As a Summer alternative, the group has asked TODAY’S KITCHEN STORE and Sue-min to hold a cooking class. If you love meeting some great women in a casual setting, enjoy Sue-min’s excellent food and cooking instruction, or just want to see what the cooking classes buzz is all about, this is the eventĀ for you.

The class/dinner will be held on Tuesday, August 16 from 6pm to 8pm in the TKS Demonstration Kitchen. It is a “demonstration” style class where Sue-min will make all of the items and the students will both take the recipes home and taste everything. The cost is $20 plus tax per person and the menue will include the following:

  • Flat Bread served with Hummus bi Tahina (all made from scratch)
  • Insalata mista with Red Wine Vinaigrette (also made from scratch)
  • Roasted Chicken Breast with Herbs and Pesto Sauce
  • Fresh Summer Fruits served with Silky Chocolate Pudding Sauce (from scratch) and dollops of Fresh Whipping Cream

To Register for this class, stop by the store, call us at 330.601.1331, send an e-mail to INFO@TodaysKitchenStore.com, or click on the Register for a Class link. Pre-paid reservations are required and must be made no later than Sunday, August 14th.
